Damage / Alcohol Deposit: $250 host credit card

 Damage Policy:If property is damaged in any manner during the host event by host guest all damage fees will come from the damage/alcohol deposit. If additional fees are required for repairs the host will be responsible for additional costs.

Alcohol Policy: No outside liquor can be brought in.  Meaning no sneaking alcohol or drinking from parking lot. There will be a $50 charge for every bottle that staff finds. Warning procedure listed below.

Procedure: Warning (groom/bride/host notified, 2nd offense a $50 fine, 3rd offense $50 fine & music off...some guests maybe asked to leave - party may continue or Vintage representative may just shut the party down.   

The gifting of alcohol not allowed for Vintage Events: All customs or the sharing of special alcohol not permitted with a Vintage event and must be done prior or after a Vintage event. All alcohol for head table / event must be purchased through Vintage.

Caterer or host may bring in Punch / Water for tables. No pop, alcohol, kegs may be allowed in by guest or caterer.

Catering: No roster's for food, use only sterno equipment for heating food. This maybe rented or purchased at a large department store.
